1. Overview

ToolsFactory.app ("ToolsFactory"), owned and operated by WebAnaya Solutions, offers digital utilities and subscription-based Pro services. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. This policy details how cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases on our platform.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your user account dashboard or by contacting our support team:

• Upon cancellation, your Pro subscription and included features will remain fully active until the conclusion of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles once cancellation is processed.

3. Refund Policy

Because our services provide immediate digital access to web applications, AI processing, and tools:

• 7-Day Subscription Refund Window: If you are unsatisfied with your Pro subscription or experience verified technical issues, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
• Consumable Top-Up Credits: Credit top-up add-ons are consumable digital goods. Once credits are consumed or partially utilized for AI generation runs, they are non-refundable. Unused top-up purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
• Exceptions: Accounts found to have engaged in abuse, scraping, automated bot flooding, or violations of our Terms of Service are ineligible for refunds.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by WebAnaya Solutions:

• Refunds are initiated back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• Processing times typically take 5 to 7 business days for funds to credit back to your original bank account, debit/credit card, or UPI ID.
