1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ToolsFactory.app ("ToolsFactory"), operated by WebAnaya Solutions. By accessing our services, creating an account, or subscribing to paid tools, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services & Paid Subscriptions

ToolsFactory offers free web utilities and premium "Pro" tools. Pro subscriptions provide features such as higher API rate limits, advanced AI tools, and enhanced processing capabilities.

• Subscription fees and billing schedules are clearly displayed on our Pricing page prior to checkout.
• All payments are processed securely through payment gateway provider Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

When using ToolsFactory, you agree not to:

• Use services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security mechanisms.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute proprietary platform code without written permission from WebAnaya Solutions.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, UI designs, code, and content on ToolsFactory.app are the exclusive property of WebAnaya Solutions and protected under intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

ToolsFactory utilities are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WebAnaya Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding tool accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability. WebAnaya Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane/Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
